Terms and Conditions

When you confirm a booking with Elite Rentals Ibiza you enter into an agreement with us as the booking agent and with the owner of the chartered yacht. These terms apply to every booking unless we have set out something different in writing.

The lead guest who confirms the booking is responsible for the entire group on board.

Quotes are valid for forty eight hours unless we agree otherwise. A booking is confirmed only when we have received your signed confirmation and the deposit set out in the quote.

Until that moment, prices, dates and yacht availability remain provisional and may change.

A deposit of fifty percent of the total charter fee is due to confirm the booking. The remaining balance, plus the security deposit, is due no later than thirty days before the charter date. Bookings made within thirty days of the charter must be paid in full at the time of booking.

Payment can be made by bank transfer or card. Bank charges are paid by the guest.

The charter fee covers the yacht, captain and crew, harbour fees at the home port, and standard onboard amenities. Unless stated otherwise in the quote, the following are not included:

• Fuel for the yacht and tender
• Food, drinks and provisioning
• Beach club bookings, restaurant reservations and external transfers
• Optional water toys requested above the standard inventory
• Marina charges away from the home port
• Crew gratuity, customary at five to fifteen percent of the charter fee

The captain has full authority over the yacht at all times. Routes, departure and return times may be changed at the captain's discretion in the interest of safety.

Guests are expected to follow the captain's instructions, respect the crew, and behave with the discretion appropriate to a private charter. Any damage caused by guests will be deducted from the security deposit.

If the captain considers it unsafe to leave port due to weather or sea conditions, the charter may be postponed, rerouted or, in rare cases, cancelled. We will always offer the closest alternative date or a refund of the unused portion.

Elite Rentals Ibiza is not liable for delays or losses caused by circumstances beyond reasonable control, including strikes, port closures, public events or government restrictions.

Every yacht in the fleet carries full hull and third party insurance. Personal items on board, and any additional cover for guests, remain the responsibility of the guest. We strongly recommend personal travel insurance.

Elite Rentals Ibiza acts as the booking agent and is liable only for the duties carried out as agent. Our liability for any single booking is limited to the charter fee paid for that booking.

These terms are governed by the laws of Spain. Any dispute is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Balearic Islands.
