By contacting us or completing a booking, you agree to the practices described below. If you have any concerns, our team is always available to talk them through.

We only collect the information needed to confirm and deliver your charter, namely:

• Name, email address and phone or WhatsApp number, when you enquire or book
• Group size, preferred dates and route preferences, when you share them with us
• Payment confirmation details from our payment partners, when a booking is paid
• Anonymous analytics from your browser, such as device type and pages viewed

We never ask for sensitive personal data on this website and we never store full card numbers on our systems.

Your information is used strictly to:

• Reply to your enquiry and prepare a personalised quote
• Confirm bookings and coordinate with the captain, crew and any partners
• Improve the website experience and the relevance of the yachts we recommend
• Send occasional updates about availability and fleet news, only with your consent

The yacht charter business depends on a small set of trusted partners. We share only the information needed to fulfil your booking with the relevant captain, crew, marina, payment processor or concierge partner.

We never sell your data to third parties. We never share your details with advertisers.

Booking and accounting records are kept for the period required by Spanish and European law, typically up to six years. Marketing contacts can be removed at any time on request.

Under the General Data Protection Regulation, you have the right to access, correct, transfer or delete your personal information, and to withdraw consent for marketing at any time.

The website runs over HTTPS. Internal access to enquiry and booking data is restricted to the Elite Rentals Ibiza team and protected by strong passwords and two factor authentication where available.
