01Booking

Reserving a yacht

How do I book a yacht?
Send us a message on WhatsApp or write to bookings. Share your dates, group size and any preferences. We will reply with a curated shortlist, a clear quote and the next step. A deposit confirms the booking.
How far in advance should we book?
In peak season (June to early September) the most requested yachts fill up several weeks ahead. The earlier the dates are firm, the more options remain open. Outside peak we can often confirm a charter the same week.
Do you offer same day bookings?
Yes, where the captain and crew schedules allow. Send a message and we will tell you within minutes what is realistic for your day.
Can I hold a yacht while I confirm my group?
We can place a soft hold for up to forty eight hours on most yachts during quieter weeks. In peak season holds are limited and require a deposit to be respected.
02Payment

Deposits and payment

What is the deposit?
Fifty percent of the charter fee is due to confirm the booking. The remaining balance, plus the security deposit, is due no later than thirty days before the charter. Bookings made within thirty days of the charter must be paid in full at the time of booking.
What payment methods do you accept?
Bank transfer and card. Bank charges are paid by the guest. For larger bookings we are happy to set up a payment timeline that fits how the group prefers to pay.
Is the security deposit refundable?
Yes. The security deposit is held against any damage caused during the charter. Provided the yacht is returned in the condition it left, the deposit is returned in full within ten working days.
What is the cancellation policy?
Cancellations more than sixty days before the charter receive a full refund of the deposit, less payment processing fees. Between thirty and sixty days, fifty percent is retained. Inside thirty days the full charter fee is retained, though we always try to resell the slot. Full details on the Cancellation page.
03On Board

What to expect on board

What is included in the charter fee?
The yacht itself, captain and crew, harbour fees at the home port, and standard onboard amenities. Fuel, food and drink, marina charges away from the home port, beach club bookings and certain water toys are extras we can pre arrange so the day flows.
Are food and drinks provided?
Soft drinks and water are usually on board. Lunch, premium drinks, chef service and beach club stops are extras we can pre arrange so the day runs smoothly. Tell us your group size and preferences and we will share the right options.
Are the yachts fully crewed?
Every yacht in our fleet sails with a fully vetted captain and crew. Larger superyachts include hostess, chef and tender driver. The crew is professional, discreet and trained to the standard the brand is known for.
Can we bring our own DJ or sound system?
On most party charters yes, with the captain's approval and within local sound regulations. Tell us in advance and we will confirm what works on the specific yacht and route.
Are children welcome on board?
Children are very welcome. Life jackets in their size are kept on board, and the crew is briefed on the youngest guests before the day begins.
04Logistics

Routes and timing

What is the typical charter duration?
A standard day charter runs around eight hours, usually from late morning to early evening. Sunset charters are three to four hours. Multi day charters and overnight stays are available on yachts with cabins.
Where do the yachts depart from?
Most departures are from Marina Botafoch and Ibiza Magna in Ibiza Town. Some yachts are based in San Antonio or Santa Eulalia, depending on the route. We confirm the exact pick up point with the booking.
Can we go to Formentera?
Almost every Ibiza charter includes a stop in Formentera. Popular anchorages include Ses Illetes, Espalmador and Cala Saona, often paired with a long lunch at Beso Beach or Juan y Andrea.
What happens with the weather?
The captain has full authority on whether it is safe to leave port. If the day cannot start due to weather, we move the booking to the closest alternative date or refund the unused portion. Charters that begin and are cut short are credited where possible toward a future booking.
05Extras

What water toys are included?
It varies by yacht. Paddleboards, inflatables and basic snorkel kits are standard on most. Seabobs, jet skis, water slides and tow tubes are available on selected yachts at extra cost. Tell us what your group wants and we will match the right boat.
Do you also rent supercars?
Yes. Supercars and chauffeur driven service are available in our home cities and at major Mediterranean destinations. Speak to the team and we will arrange the car alongside your charter.
Can you arrange beach clubs and dinners?
We hold relationships with the most requested clubs and restaurants in Ibiza and Formentera. Tables, day beds and private rooms can be pre arranged. Tell us what you have in mind and we will look after the rest.
Do you offer airport transfers?
Private cars and tenders can meet you at the airport, the runway, or directly on the water at the marina. Add this to your inquiry and we will include it in the quote.
