How it works

Charter in Ibiza, the short version

We keep the process simple. The yacht, captain and standard crew are included in the rate. Fuel, food, premium drinks and beach club tables are added on top, so the day is built around you and not a fixed package.

Step 01

Pick a yacht

Filter the fleet by size, capacity or budget. Every yacht is hand picked and runs with a full crew during the season.

Step 02

Message us

Send your dates and group size on WhatsApp. We confirm the quote, the route and the captain within minutes during the season.

Step 03

Step on board

Pickup at Marina Botafoch or Ibiza Magna. The day is yours from the moment the engines start until the lines go back on the cleat.

What's included

On board the day, on the water

Every charter ships with the captain, the crew, the harbour fees at the home port and the standard onboard amenities. Larger yachts add a hostess, a chef and a tender driver. Toys, beach club tables and chef provisioning are pre arranged on request so the day flows.

FAQs

People Also Ask For

How do I choose the right yacht for my group in Ibiza?

Pick by group size first, then style. Up to eight people on a day boat works well for swims and quick Formentera runs. Ten to twelve guests sit better on a 50 to 70 foot motor yacht with shaded deck. Larger groups or overnight stays move into the 80 foot plus range with cabins, hostess and chef.

What is the difference between a day boat and a motor yacht charter?

A day boat is open, fast and built for swimming, music and short hops. A motor yacht has more shade, full bathrooms, indoor saloons, larger crews and longer range. If you want a relaxed all day experience, a motor yacht is the better fit. If you want speed and beach hopping, a day boat is enough.

Are smaller yachts cheaper to charter in Ibiza?

Yes. Day boats and 40 to 50 foot motor yachts start at lower daily rates than 70 foot plus boats because of fuel, crew size and harbour fees. The cost per guest can actually be similar across sizes once you split it across the group, so let us know your budget and group and we will recommend the sweet spot.

Can I charter a superyacht for a single day in Ibiza?

Yes. Most superyachts in our fleet accept day charters, although some prefer a minimum of two or three days in peak season. Daily rates start higher, with chef, hostess and tender driver included. We will confirm what is open for your dates.

Are skippers and crew always included in the charter rate?

Yes. Every yacht we list runs with a fully licensed captain and the right number of crew for the boat size. On larger yachts that means hostess, chef and tender driver as well. You never need to bring your own skipper.

How are fuel, harbour fees and beach club tables charged?

Fuel is paid at cost based on the route. Harbour fees at the home port are included, fees at any other marina you stop in are passed at cost. Beach club tables, lunch reservations and premium drinks are pre arranged on request and added to the final invoice or paid directly at the venue.

How fast can the yachts in your fleet go?

Day boats and sport cruisers cruise around 25 to 35 knots, fast enough for a quick run to Formentera. Larger motor yachts cruise at 18 to 22 knots and top out around 28. Superyachts move at a steadier 14 to 18 knots since the priority is comfort over speed.

Are catamarans available in the Ibiza charter fleet?

Yes. We have power and sailing catamarans for guests who want shaded lounging areas, stable anchoring and a flatter ride. Catamarans are popular for families, large groups and yoga or wellness charters. Ask us and we will list the ones open for your dates.

Do any yachts have water slides, jacuzzis or sun pads?

Many of the larger yachts in our fleet carry inflatable slides, sea bobs, paddle boards and large sun pads. A few superyachts have a deck jacuzzi as standard. Tell us which extras matter and we will filter the fleet to those that have them on board.

Can we book a yacht for a corporate event or photo shoot?

Yes. We charter yachts regularly for brand launches, photo and film shoots, conference dinners and team incentives. The crew works with your producer for shots, catering and timing. Permits and any commercial fees are handled by the team.

Can pickups be arranged from a private villa beach instead of a marina?

On many days, yes. The captain checks the anchorage at the closest cove to your villa, sends the tender for collection and brings the group on board. There is usually a small extra charge for the tender run, confirmed with you in advance.

Can we book the same yacht for several consecutive days?

Yes, this is the cleanest way to enjoy the boat. Multi day charters often unlock better daily rates and let the captain plan a longer route, for example Ibiza to Formentera and back, or two nights at anchor. Send us your dates and we will quote the package.
